Healthcare Organizations
Hospitals, health systems, medical practices, care organizations, and healthcare businesses that need help solving operational, technology, patient experience, growth, and strategic challenges.
Simplise connects healthcare, behavioral health, mental health, health tech, pharmaceutical, biotech and specialized healthcare organizations with verified providers, making it easier to find the right experts to solve your complex problems.

Organizations constantly encounter problems that require expertise they don't have internally. But finding the right person, agency, consultant, or specialist can mean hours of searching, referrals, proposals, and guesswork.

The old way
You know your problem, not who can solve it.
Listings tell you who exists, not who is right.
Traditional consulting searches are slow and expensive.
Simplise changes the starting point. You don't start by looking for an expert. You start by describing what the expert can help you solve.
Tell SIMPLISE what you're trying to accomplish, what challenges are standing in the way, and what success looks like.
Your problem is put in front of verified providers with relevant experience, capabilities, and specialized knowledge.
Review the selected providers, and compare their experience, capabilities, and fit before deciding who you want to work with.
Select the provider that best fits your needs, goals, budget, and organization. Simplise will help you move foward.
Whether you need help with a technology implementation, a new brand, a marketing strategy, or a more specialized healthcare challenge, Simplise helps you find relevant, vetted expertise.

Simplise is building a better way for organizations to find specialized expertise and for experts to connect with the organizations that need them.
We’re inviting a small group of organizations and providers to help shape the platform before launch. Beta participants will have an opportunity to influence our roadmap for project and expertise matching, collaboration tools, and dashboard tracking.

Simplise is a problem-to-expertise marketplace. Organizations describe a problem, project, or challenge they need help solving, and specialized providers can respond with relevant experience, ideas, and proposals. Instead of starting with a directory of providers, Simplise starts with the problem.
Simplise is initially focused on healthcare and adjacent markets, including behavioral health, mental health, recovery, health technology, life sciences, nonprofits, and federally funded healthcare. Providers can include consultants, clinicians, agencies, technology specialists, strategists, researchers, and other subject-matter experts.
Simplise is designed around a transaction-based marketplace model. Organizations can submit problems and explore relevant expertise without paying a traditional retainer to access the marketplace. When a project results in an engagement through Simplise, the platform can earn a marketplace fee based on the transaction.
Basic participation is expected to be free or low-cost during the beta. Our goal is to reduce the barrier to getting help rather than requiring organizations to purchase a subscription before they know whether Simplise can solve their problem. Project-related marketplace fees will depend on the engagement.
Yes. Nonprofits are an important part of the marketplace because they often face complex technology, operational, staffing, marketing, compliance, and program challenges without having every capability internally. Federal healthcare is also a potential expansion area, where Simplise could help organizations discover specialized providers while operating alongside—not replacing—formal government procurement systems and requirements.
Provider verification is a core part of the Simplise roadmap. Depending on the provider and project, verification may include business information, professional credentials, certifications, experience, references, completed projects, and other relevant signals. Verification requirements will vary by category because the standards for a clinician are different from those for a technology consultant or marketing agency.
SIMPLISE combines AI-powered tools with human oversight to identify providers whose expertise, experience, capabilities, and background align with a project's needs. AI can help analyze project requirements and surface relevant providers, while human oversight helps evaluate context, fit, and quality so organizations can connect with providers who are genuinely suited to the challenge.
